We want to award Kim Boten 5 stars for her outstanding work, pleasant manner, attention to detail and speed of her work.

When removing and then installing a new fridge/freezer the installer found that the wall at the back of the old appliance was covered in a rather black looking mold and he could not complete the installation.

After texting Kim Boten of Design Matters Construction she gave us an immediate fair price for the job.
Kim came the next day. She worked fast and well and when she had to remove some affected dry-wall, she did so carefully. She drove to the nearest hardware shop, got them to cut the dry-wall to exact measurements and came back and installed the missing piece.
Kim then covered the space with new plaster /spackling and the job was done.

We cannot thank her enough for her efficiency, pleasant manner and expertise.
We highly recommend her for any and all construction work.
If we could give her 10 stars, we would do so !!!
